Helios Workout Concepts offers a flexible fitness program that your employees can participate in with minimal space and no equipment.
We are confident in our service and will provide a free demo class to show you what we can do. Our recommendation is a minimum of 5 employees, up to 12 employees, at your facility 1 – 5 times a week or at our facility. (Fee will be charged as per sessions in a week and no of members participating)
♦ We charge the clients directly so this is free for the company to offer, unless the company wishes to subsidize the program. In that case, we can arrange a payment process with the company.
♦ For clients, our pricing structure may vary for each client based on how many days per month he/she plans on attending class.
♦ Enrollment is on a month-to-month basis with payment due at the beginning of each month.

Our corporate services cover all of Hyderabad, Secundrabad and more, we also come to you at no extra charge and provide all consultation on equipment, space etc required for setting up a fitness centre at your place and also help you in procuring the best available Equipment’s in market.

Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez during the 1990s. Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts. Squats and lunges are also included.
Zumba sessions are typically about an hour long and are taught by instructors licensed by an organization called Zumba Academy. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. The music comes from the following dance styles: cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, hip hop music, axé music and tango.
