Functional Movement Screen (FMS)
The FMS is an assessment tool comprised of 7 basic movements that assess joint and muscle mobility and stability throughout the body. Mr.Shekher will record your movements via video tape and evaluate the results outside of the session. By collecting this data, he will be able to identify any imbalances and/or asymmetries that may exist in your body.
This assessment will provide a baseline of how your body functions and moves. It allows Mr.Shekher to prescribe an exercise program designed around your specific needs and goals that is both safe and effective. Data gathered will help prevent injury, reduce pain and inflammation within your joints, enhance performance, and increase cognitive and neuro-muscular functioning.
Physiological Assessment
The physiological assessment is comprised of:
♦ Body composition testing (body fat percentage, BMI and girth/circumference measurements)
♦ Evaluation of physical competence and conditioning, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, stability, and dynamic mobility (posture, gait, and movement efficiency)
♦ Assessment of risk and lifestyle factors (blood pressure, resting heart rate, health and nutrition history, etc.)ng.
Personal Training/Fitness Coaching
Whether you want to lose weight, excel on the athletic field, or prevent injury, HELIOS Fitness Centre functional strength, endurance, and flexibility programs will help you reach your body’s peak physical and psychological states. Using NASM,ACSM coaching principles, a strong emphasis is directed toward building foundations of muscular strength, core stability, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, balance, and dynamic mobility. Improving efficiency of natural human movement skills is also highlighted.
Private, semi-private and group training is led by Mr.Shekher and available at Helios Fitness centre training facility located in Jublieehills, Hyderabad.
Holistic Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition plays an essential role in an individual’s success with a lifestyle or fitness program. Proper nutrition is vital to achieving optimal health and is a key factor in assisting your body during times of stress, competition, and healing. In order to be truly fit and healthy, we all need to discover our unique metabolic needs, and tailor our diets in a manner that will effectively support our highly individualized dietary and nutritional requirements. Helios Fitness Centre nutritionist will help you do just that.
Using a holistic method, Ms.Zohra will teach you the foundational principles of the CHEK approach to nutrition and wellness. Using these principles and a series of special assessments, Ms.Zohra will help you identify roadblocks in your nutritional approach and provide you with the missing links.

Holistic Lifestyle Coaching
Using a holistic coaching model provided to you by Shekher, you will learn how disease and stress are preventable through healthy eating habits, lifestyle management techniques, and appropriate types of exercise. Helios Fitness Centre methods are customized to your individual needs and will help you adopt long-term healthy lifestyle changes.
With this program, you will:
♦ Learn how to identify problem issues and roadblocks to success and the order in which they need to be addressed
♦ Understand how sleep, stress, nutrition, digestion, and exercise are correlated
